Are you saying this is happening using Outlook Web Access? If so, it sounds
like a pop-up ad blocker is at work here.
Try holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard when you click on the Reply
or Forward button - most pop-up blockers will allow a Window pop-up if you
hold down the Ctrl key.
If this is the case, check your browser settings and Start | Settings |
Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. If you find something that mentions ad
or pop-up blocking, uninstall or disable it. Finally, visit
http://www.endpopups.com/ and download/install Pop-up Manager. In my
experience, this is one of the few, free pop-up blockers that doesn't
interfere with Outlook Web Access and GroupWise Web Mail. It does, however
get pretty much everything else, except for the occasional Orbitz travel
Windows.

When I click on the "respond/reply" button, or "forward" button after
reading an incoming e-mail, I hear a "bleep" and the message disappears! The
only way I can reply to an e-mail using our school Microsoft Exchange
Server/Microsoft Outlook Web Access/Version 5.5 SP4 is to COPY and PASTE the
original e-mail into a new one. I have asked our administrator, and he says
he doesn't have a clue and cannot help me on my home computer. I access the
web server from home in the evenings. This started on December 3, 2003.
What on earth could this be? A setting? virus? bug? conflict? HELP
