we have some meeting rooms installed as resource, the user book that as
resource . Problem is: Everyone which can book this room as resource can also
open the meeting room and add new appointments in that.
Is there a way to open the resource as read-only ?
Can I setup the pre settings for recurring meetings to maybe 12 months?
Thanks for your help!
 
You can restrict permissions on the folder to Reviewer, but then no one will
be able to book the room directly. You'd need to go to delegate-based room
reservations or an autoaccept script.
