Resource Conflict

I have been having connection issues with online games for
years now. Sudden interruptions, then it's back up. Well
I just now found the problem. My sound card and network
card are both sharing 5 Resources. Windows XP won't let
me change it and I don't know how to in BIOS. Does anyone
know how to change it in Windows or in the BIOS?

Have you disable the XP internal firewall?
