Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller

Mmmmm. This is a very strange error message I'm getting. I have a IBM Laptop
that has been working fine yesterday while today I go a try to power it on
and I get the following error message. Can some guide me in fixing this issue.

Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller
BUS:00, Device: 03, Function:00

Press <F1> to setup.

This happens just after you press the power button. It comes up with the IBM
Thinkpad screen then it hangs there for about 20 secs and then it beeps twice
followed by the above meesage.

Any ideas are welcomed.

Since this happens before the operating system is loaded it doesn't have
anything to do with Windows. Call IBM (or Lenovo) tech support for
repair.
