Resolving DNS

Hi all,

is there a way that I can create an application that can "Resolve" any given
address in the URL to be redirected to a default website. I guess that It
can be done by "Resolving DNS address"

Stephen,

That depends on what the URL looks like:

a) http://whatever.company.com
You would need to have the DNS server for company.com resolve it to the
proper IP address.

b) http://mycompany.com?url=whatever.company.com
You could use Dns.Resolve from System.Net on the query string and then
redirect the user over there.

However, I think I didn't quite understand what you need.
