Resizing Task Bar

I caught my 19 month old hard at work playing on the keyboard and now my Task
Bar (Start Bar?) is bigger then I want it. How do I resize it back to normal?

Place your mouse cursor on the edge of it and drag it back to normal size..

Did your child lock it too?.. right click on it, unlock, then try resizing..
if that doesn't work, try a System Restore back to yesterday..
