Resizing icons & buttons

Hi,

I was looking at the accessibility wizard and before I knew it, it had
resized my notification icons, taskbar buttons and the icon which appears in
the top left hand corner of application windows.

Ive tried, with no luck, to find a solution to change them back. ANy
suggestions/tips/ideas on how i can get them back to their original smaller
size?
