Resizing DC partitions

Hi,
I need to know what programs can resize partitions for
Windows 2000 Server running on a scsi system. Its a Domain
controller with an 18GB hdd, currently partitioned as a
2GB C: drive and a 16GB D: drive and I need to resize
these as the c: is extremely full and is stopping AD from
loading up from time to time due to low disk space.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated!!!

Partition magic isn't too bad, but make sure you have good backups.
