Resize Window

Is there a way to get a vb.net program to control the size of other
application windows?
 
It depends on what the other applications are, how they were launched, and
whether you're talking about Minimize, Maximize, Restore, or actual size
changes.

I am talking about actula size changes, All are launched from the
start menu and are common Windows Apps (word, excel, wordperfect
notepad etc)
