resize a worksheet to 70% and save, when open opens in 100% size

Hi there, please assist, if i am working on a existing excel worksheet,
changing the size of the sheet from 100% to 75%, and then saving the sheet.
If i open the same sheet it opens in 100% instead of 75%

I believe that this is intended behaviour.
