Resetting officejet 7110 print cartridges

Does anyone know how to reset the ink cartridge counter on the 7110 printer?
I tried the procedure listed for the HP 5940 with no luck. The version I'm
running is 2.0 from 2000.

I don't know how to do this, but just to let other people know before
they go searching, the 7110 all in one takes the HP #14 cartridges.

Please post the cartridge numbers when asking this kind of question,
as dozens of HP printers can take the same cartridges, and many
printers with nearly the exact same model number can take different
ones.

Hi,

If I am correct there is a disable ink monitor in the manual. I have
disables this type of printer before.
