Resetting Modems

Is their a way to reset a modem that is on a RRAS Windows 2000 server after
each call?
 
not sure why you want to do that, but you may want to use stop/restart the
service.

It seems that after a user disconnects from one of the modems, other users
have trouble connecting. Is their a way to restart the service after every
caller disconnects?
