Resetting CTRL + ENTER

The CTRL + ENTER shortcut to add the bookends onto a typed
web address has somehow been modified on my computer to
point to results from a search engine.

How to I reset this back to give me the standard www.
and .com?

I have used the "AutoComplete" registry fix.

Tools \ IE Options \ Advanced \ check use inline autocomplete
