I have Windows XP Professional and after installing the
upgrades from the Microsoft website I now have to reset
the audio device. The device shows enabled, all that I
do is follow the steps in the Sound trouble shooter,
select it click on properties click OK and back out and
reboot. The next time I turn on the computer the sound
is not working and I have to go thru this same process.
Can anyone help since Microsoft feels the need to charge
to answer questions!
Thanks
