Reset/Fix browser page - words, links, etc. too big & obscurred

I am using Windows XP Home Ed., w/ IE SP2. On my roommates user account, he
has some how changed the way he views websites... all pages, sites, even
yahoo e-mail once access is too big, words are obscurred/jumbled, page
doesn't fit screen etc. I have tried everything I know. (Yes, I have tried
to change the view & font size--no luck.) Can anyone assist.

Hi,
Take a look at these settings:
Internet Options> General> Accessibility
and
Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display.
Usually, nothing should be checked.
