Reset EEPROM

I have Canon i320 Printer,It can't print because LED Resume button
flip-flop green-yellow. Someone tell me that It must be reset EEPROM.
can anybody help me to find out i320 service tool and how to fixed it?

I have heard tool for reset EEPROM that is i320 service tool. Did you
have use this tool?

With my Canon 4400 and 330 it tells me to pull the power plug for a few
minutes while he unit is turned on.
