Reset comp but not windows

i want to basicly wipe my whole computer but i dont want to have to install
windows XP again and i dont have the windows XP cd with me at the moment. Is
there a way of wiping every thing on my computer with out uninstalling
windows or having to uninstall each program individually?

What do you wish to "wipe" from your computer?
The term "wiping" generally means reformatting
your hard drive and reinstalling the Windows
operating system and all programs. You would
need your Windows XP CD and all the program
installation media to perform this task.
