Reset app to launch on plugin of USB camera?

When I plug in my camera Windows always launches Picassa -- as I once told
it to do by checking a checkbox ("always use this app"). Now I'd like to
change my mind, but don't know where to go to undo this selection.

Any ideas?

Insert the camera, then find it in "My Computer". Right-click, click
Properties, AutoPlay, and change your preference there.
