Resending messages

I can't find the command to resend a message in Outlook.
It does not appear in the Actions Menu. Can anyone please
help? Thank you.

have you opened the message you want to resend and tried it from there?
 
Double-click the e-mail to open in its own window. Then you can use
Resend.
