resending emails

I have read the other replies to this problem and none apply. i have outlook
express. How do you resend a messege without having to copy and paste it into
a new messege. There is no "actions" option on my toolbar and there is no
"resend" option either. I tried to reset the toolbar as suggested by another
user but this also did not work.

You should ask this in an Outlook Express newsgroup. Outlook Express is part
of Internet Explorer, where Outlook is part of Microsoft Office.

As you have found, there is no easy way to resend messages in Outlook
Express. Cutting and pasting is the only way, other than, perhaps, a
third party tool.
