resdir.asp file missing

when i change the resolution on my computer i get the blue screen of death.

It also says that I have a atidual.dll file missing.

Does anyone have a link to where these files might be.
 
I assume you have an ATI video card. Update to the newest drivers available,
downloadable from the ATI website.
