That's the site my browser keeps resetting to. I tried
to use various tools I've used in the past (CWShredder
and Spybot), but they don't detect this one. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.

Ongoing problem. The DLL names varies in every case and there is a background application regenerating the DLL. You may generate a log out of HijackThis and post in any of these forums:

www.spywareinfo.com
forum.aumha.org

If you're are going to troubleshoot it yourself, generate a HJT log and look at the startup entries (the names may be in random order hjjk.exe, nhgk.exe etc). Locate those odd ones (and other suspicious entries). First *terminate* those entries from Task Manager and then fix the entries using HijackThis.
