Hi TC :)

Try the following and see if this might help:

How to remove:

Res://C:\WINDOWS <random name> .dll sp.html# <random number>
http://www.hsremove.com/

Hope this helps

Hi TC :)

It's possible that you have some malware on your system causing the problem.
Try the following and see if it helps. Even if you have already run some
programs, run them again according to the instructions in the information
below to thoroughly clean you system. Some variants of malware can
replicate itself and return repeatedly if not cleaned properly. It is best
to read through all the information before you start to know before hand
what you need to do and how. Follow all instructions to letter as much as
possible.

spysweeper scan a reg scan and used 3 cleaners too check if anything left but
nothing is there.i done all this with system restore off and in safe mode so
that nothing was running in back ground and i still get the same thing come
up at the bottom bar in IE.I tried the page that tells you how too reinstall

First off, I want to advise that you should never disable the System
Restore, as it is often the only lifeboat available to you if your system
becomes a Titanic, when all else fails to restore your machine and prevent
loss of all your data. If there is any scumware or viruses in the SR, they
can not hurt anything unless you need to restore to a point only in which
the infection took place. Any period before that is safe. The SR files
will eventually flush themselves out with time and be gone. However, if you
are really concerned about the fact they are there, you can do a manual
flush of the system by disabling it, rebooting, and then immediately
re-enable it and create a new restore point. But, acutally, if it came down
to your machine being unable to be saved any other way, even restoring it
with a virus or malware is better than losing all your data. They can be
dealt with far easier than the loss of all your data. This is the advice of
many experts who are involved very closely with the System Restore and write
articles on it. Therefore, I strongly advise you to leave it alone and
always keep it enabled. :)

Have you run the CWShredder and HiJackThis yet? These are two very powerful
tools in dealing with various types of malware other programs can not deal
with. If you have not, then please do these two very important steps first
off. Also, please post a link back here to the forum where you post your
HiJackThis log so I can follow along. The experts at either forum will
analyze your log and recommend the corrections you need to make, if any.

Be sure to run CWShredder here

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3019.html

and

Also this program, which searches for hidden .dlls that recreate some
malware.
About Buster:

Then download the newest version of HiJackThis here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/hijackthis.php

Please DO NOT post your log to this newsgroup, but to the HiJackThis Support
Forums below:
http://www.hijackthis.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=10&guestlanguageid=4
the Aumha HiJackThis Forum
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30

or Bleeping Computer Forum

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html

to allow the experts there to evaluate your log and advise you of any
necessary steps to clean your system.

(Note: You will have to Register before posting on these Forums. Please
follow all pre-posting instructions carefully to avoid having your log
deleted or ignored.

However, if you have already run these programs and the experts have
confirmed that you system is clean, then I would go along with a repair
install of the IE on your XP. If you need assistance with this post back
here and let me know. :)

Hope this helps
