What is the required/reccommended RAM for Windows 2000?

The memory required for Pro is 64 and for server is 128. I would have 256
for better performance.

This depends on which version of Windows 2000 you are talking about. Here

Regardless of what Microsoft recommends, 256megs or more would be desired.

It will run on 64MB, though slowly, but will run fairly well on 128MB. --- Steve

RAM is cheap; why not 512M or more if the board will support it?
