your Time and Date on your computer and then return and ask for assistance.

And providing information on what type of technical assistance, including
make and model of computer, operating system, program in question and all
error messages would be nice too.
 
Why is your PC configured for the US Pacific time zone when you are
located in South Africa? Please correct the time zone setting.
