REQ: want CCleaner but want to keep RECENT files

Even with no options checked, CCleaner removes all the files in
WinXP's RECENT folder (which is the same as My Recent Documents).

Personally I find RECENT to be very useful and I don't want to lose
the entries in there.

Is there another application which does substantially the same as
CCleaner but which leaves files in the RECENT folder?

You should report the problem here http://forum.ccleaner.com/

I don't have this problem. The option "Windows Explorer-->Recent
Documents" should be unchecked. Version 1.21.130

My mistake. I have been checking/unchecking the wrong boxes.
Thanks!
