You can only search for "audio imperfections" that are the
result of defects in MPEG structure. I don't know a way to
search misses already in audio source.

I a short... No. No program can't determine IF the noise is part of a
music as artist imagined it, or some error.

Have you tried EncSpot v2.0 ??

It won't detect noise and crackling. It is used for different things.
