I need a light weight Pdf Reader but with print of odd or even pages... I
love Foxit, but it hasn't this feature...
also I'd like copying to clipboard the whole content of a pdf and not only
the selcted page...

GSview can open PDFs and can print odd or even pages.

Ghostscript, of course, must be installed.
