Anyone know of a free midi sequencer? Not looking for anything too fancy as
I have another prog for most midi stuff, but it must able to send midi out
to user selectable ports (e.g. midi yoke)

Have a shifty down http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/freeware/

Sequencers are all down to personal taste... (and your available op system,
which you didn't mention ;-)), so you could go from Jazz to ProTools Free

Dang - seems pro tools free doesn't like XP - when I tried to install it I
got as far as a warning message "Installation and operation of pro tools
free requires Windows 98SE or higher" (sic) Hmmm....maybe time to get rid of
my archaic Os and upgrade to Win98SE!

It'll work better... Do all my sequencing on Win98.

My earlier joking aside, I wasn't aware of that (in a way I shouldn't be too
surprised as I've often heard that the old Atari platform is the best for
midi)...Im what way does it work better? Is it that W98 keeps better time?
