The Wayback Machine shows that the filename was eb.zip (what a
revelation!), but it was not archived, and beyond that, I was unable to
trace it. Perhaps someone else will have better luck. May I also
suggest that you inquire in a newsgroup appropriate to whatever this
thing does, on the chance that someone may have a copy. Good luck!

Thanks Mel. Unfortunately, not a valid ZIP file.

I managed to repair it. If you will e-mail me at
ksbwhite<AT>hotmail<dot>com, I can send it to you.

Unfortunately, not a valid ZIP file.

The downloaded zip is 1-byte short.

Use a binary editor and add 1-byte (00) to the end of the file and all
will be ok.
