Req: Insert > symbol

Small executable (not install) that will insert the > or >> symbol at
the beginning of each line of quoted text in a reply email.

Netscape does it normally, but there are times I need a separate small
program.

Your wish is my command. I am not sure if it is still out there. But
wait. Here it is.

StripMail v0.99h
Don't let the name fool you. It can also do it backwards.
Copy text the clipboard, paste and then hit indent and it will put a
">" character at the beginning of each line as many times as you want.
I just took v0.99f from a CD and started it up from there. One file.
That's it. Let me know if the"h" version still has that. If not, I can
send the zipper to a.b.f.
Exe. has a small footprint. 265k

Thanks much. It does exactly what I needed. The "h" version works fine.

Where did you find the real program? The exe files

http://www.dsoft.com.tr/stripmail/stripmailsfx.exe

were just texts file for me. Is it because I didn't install
it into Program Files? Why should that make a difference?

I just d/l the 0.99h <http://www.dsoft.com.tr/stripmail/stripmail.exe>
and it's a stand-alone .exe.
The "f" version I ran off CD.
Maybe I don't understand what you are saying but the initial text you
see when you open it is just an example to play with.
