Req desktop size calendar

A

Azzman

I'm looking for a full size calendar for my desktop, something that shows
all the days of the current month, with the option of adding to-do-things
on each day, low resource use is a must.
I never used a calendar program before, I know there are a few mentioned
every now and then, I'm hoping some of you with calendar-experience could
lead me to the right one.
TIA

Thank you, it's nice, but I decided to go the one Bill Miller pointed out:

This calender has only a month view, zero features, PgDn/Up to move
between months .

A calender is a very nationally dependent program, you need a calender
which knows about the holidays in your own country.

The best is UK's calender.

http://www.8ung.at/ukrebs/

User languages english and german in the basic configuration, US and
german holidays. Extra download holidays.zip gives holidays for UK,
USA, Canada, Poland, Israel, Italy, Germany, Finland, France, Czech.
After some email conversation with the author I hope Swedish holidays
will soon be available too.

User languages english, german, italian. You can help create
translation files for other languages if you need it. I prefer english
as the language in menues and user interface in all programs, so that
is just fine for me.

This is a full featured freeware calender, week, fortnight, month and
year views, todo and alarm events, all you need in a good calender. I
use it even though it doesn't have swedish holidays yet, I use the
german holidays which are very similar to swedish holidays.

"Tested under the MS Windows versions 98SE and 2000."
But it probably works for all win versions, I think, it is a very
robust program. Runs from anywhere as far as I know. Available in both
zip and exe format. User settings for colors and fonts. Export to html,
for printing for example.

That's just what I want, a plain calendar on my desktop where I can
simply type on. Displaying a month is what I want.

I know my holidays, don't need the calendar for that, basically I use it
as a full-screen monthly to-do list.

Tried that to, liked it, but I like the other one better, but thank you
for your feedback.

Add notes to certain days, and view them when needed. This program was
