Reposted.......... My dissappearing Dialup

This does happen and is not my imagination. Every now and then, my "dial
up network" is deleted. I can dial up my ISP regularly with no problems
and then the time I click the desktop shortcut nothing happens. I go to
"my network places" and sure enough my dial up network has disappeared.
I use Zone alarm firewall and Norton antivirus 2003 with uptodate
definitions.
I just reinstall my dialup network with no other problems....till next time.
Help!!!

Sometimes a misconfigured LAN connection can hide the RAS connections.
Compare the LAN connections in the connections folder with the Network
Adapter drivers in device manager. If there is a Network Adapter driver
that doesn't have a corresponding connection in the connections folder then
try reinstalling it.
