Repost: Reliablity Monitor not working

Since I've reïnstalled Vista Ultimate a week ago, the Reliablity
Monitor
doesn't collect data anymore. I just get a screen saying that
it hasn't been running for 24 hrs or has reset due to data corruption.
RACAgent is enabled, status is queued, last run on startup, last run
result is (0x0).
The folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC\StateData contains about 127MB
of data, mostly *.ECF442AB01C04AB4880DD1E1F5F44D8D files.
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC\PublishedData is empty.
Any ideas anyone?

I don't have a solution, but I have the same problem. I posted in the
hardware discussion group. I believe that my problem may be linked to a BOSD
that I got when I attempted to uninstall some Belkin drivers for my Nostromo
game pad. When windows came back up, it noted that the uninstall wasn't
successful and asked to continue the process. I Blue screened again. So I
booted up in safe mode and did a system restore to the point before I
installed the drivers to begin with.

Reliability Monitor hasn't worked since then. Searches on the net haven't
come up with anything other than 1 similar problem back in Dec from a guy
that was running what I would assume to be build 5844. His ultimate solution
was to re-install. I don't want to do that as except for this, my system is
running fine.

If I do find a solution, I will post it on this thread so you might want to
check the Notify me of replies box. Hopefully, you'll do the same.
