Repost of System Restore

Please excuse repost however my original post has been included in an old
thread about another problem entirely.

My pc has started losing my restore points. I looked this afternoon & there
were two restore points for today and one for yesterdsy; all previous ones
have gone. Tonight when I looked again there was only one, a system
checkpoint this afternoon.

I've allowed lots of space for system restore points so why are they
disappearing?

Any ideas please?

Many things can cause loss of Restore Points, when they are gone, they
are gone and can not be recovered or used.
Some of the things are:
Available space on hard drive
Computer usage
Space you dedicate to System Restore
