Hi, I'm looking for a program that will reposition the window of another
program either by window title or "handle" (wildcard would be required for
title as the title bar may change). Ideally, I'd like to have full control
of the x y positioning and the ability to monitor or "watch" for multiple
programs and place them in the correct positions when executed.

I found Hawkeye ShellInit and it looks like it might suit my purposes, but
also a bit beyond my scope of configuring.

The reason for this is I have a few programs that do not save their
positions when they are closed and I would like them to be in the same place
every time I run them.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Still looking for something that fits the bill...anyone have *any*
suggestions at all?

Thanks.

There used to be a strange little program called "Handy Thing" that
would do stuff like that, but I haven't used it recently.....

Thank you Bill! This is exactly what I'm looking for.

The current version is trialware, 30 days, $9.95

After a few dozen 404s I found the last freeware version for download and it
seems to be precisely what I needed.
