I have been trying to access usage reports to no avail.
I continue to receive the following message:
There is no usage data available because it has not been
published to a server that supports usage analysis.
I am using FP2002, my hostserver has Microsoft FP
extensions installed (I am sure of that because I have
published many times) I contacted support of the host and
was told that they felt it was a clientside configuration
problem and hadn't run into this problem before. I can
understand that as they have a cpanel where many similar
reports are available.
One problem I have is that I am requesting these reports
from inside FP (view-> reports-> usage) when it isn't
attached to the server. Where does it get the data?

Does the host have the FP2002 extensions? To check open the remote site
directly in FP, via File Menu | Open Web, then do Tools | Web Settings, you
should see FP Server Extensions version 5.0.... If you see 4.0... then the
server has the FP2000 extensions which do not support this function.
