Reports and email

i have a set of teams from 100-159 i have compiled a report which allows me
to filter the individual teams out but what would like to do is every month
the report will be created and it would automatically email the correct team
leaders.

as i mentioned earlier thers over 50 teams and to individually select them
and email all the TM's would take to much time
is there anyway of compiling the report then auto sending or is this just a
dream!

any help greatly appreciated abit out of my depth on this one
