Reporting a bug in .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration tool

I was wondering where i could report a bug in the .NET Framework 2.0
Configuration tool.

When i try to add a new Code Group, i'm asked the name of the new Code
Group (supposed i enter MyCodeGroup) , when i complete the wizard, a
Code Group with the name 'Copy of MyCodeGroup' is added instead of
'MyCodeGroup'.
