when I try to create a new report, form, or query, I can only one field of
the table i.e. 1st field (primary), where there should be 50 fields available
in the table.

You can only... what?

How are you trying to create the report? Does your table have fifty
*fields*, a very wide table, or fifty *records*?

More details please!
