Report Wizard Error

I receive an error of "The wizard is unable to create
your report".

If I am logged on with an account that has "more
authority" I can create the report.

Therefore the error does not have anything to do with
relationships, etc.

It seems like a security issue although I have given full
rights to the original account, and the error still
occurs.
Any ideas??

What version and SP of ACcess are you using and what version and SP of
Windows are you using?
