Report with subreport print multiple times

I am using Access 2003. I have a report with a subreport. I have a query
with multiple tables that provides the data for the report and have selected
No to duplicate values. The query seems to work correctly. The main body of
the report has vendor information and total charges. The subreport contains
the itemized detailed lines for the order (quantity, description, dollars,
etc.). If there are three lines in the subreport section, I get three copies
of the report, if there are two lines, I get two copies, etc. Each copy is
an exact copy of the other. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I just want
one copy.

Normally this is because your main report contains a level of detail that
should not be there. I expect you might need to remove the "charges" from
the main report's record source since these are printed in the subreport.

If that doesn't work, move you subreport to a group header or footer.
