report section

Good day everybody.
im working on a report with variable number of pages per
group (the least are 2 pages per group)
i want to have a page header if the group page exceeds 2

how can i accomplish this???

TIA
 
in addition to this... the page header will be printed on
page 3

also, i will be using different kind of paper for page 3
(page 1 & 2 duplexed - cover) and page 3 etc (with header)
