Report Results

Happy New Year!

Can I make a report only reflect a particular forms results.

I started with the online template, order management. If you go to new
order form, and filter by last month, I can't get a report to show only those
results. I would also like a repor to reflect only "today" results.

No matter what I do, I end up with a report includeing every entry date.

Thank you Richard, but I believe that was not the correct result. If I may
reword the question

I open my tracking form. I enter a name and date, thats it. Lets say I
have 100 names and dates in the table.

Also, when I open the form, on the header, I have a filter. So, I need to
see how many times Bob called this month. I click the filter by month and
the form shows, 10 records (only from this month). Then I change it to calls
this week and it shows Bob has 2 records this week.

That is what I would like to print to a report. Just the 10 calls by month
or the two calls by week.
