Is there a way to preview a report that is launched by a
from that has "YES" properties for Pop Up and Modal
without closing the calling form?

Shouldn't be any different opening the report from a Pop-up Model form
than from any other form, except the form will be on top of the
report. Simply minimize the form, either by code or manually.
