Report pic not in Word

I have an embedded pic in a Report. Just the company logo image up in the
left corner.

When I send the Report to Word in pressing the W icon in the tool bar....the
resulting .rtf document does not have the logo. Is there a way to have it?

Am surprised since it is embedded and I don't think an ole linked image.....

Would welcome advice on this...thanx

The only export format that includes graphical objects of any kind is Snapshot
format. All others give you only the text of the data.

Access does not export any graphical objects (lines, images, check boxes,
....) in the RTF format.

As a workaround, if you don't need to edit the results, you could export the
Snapshot format. If the person you are sending the output to does not have
Access, they can still download the free snapshot viewer:

Or, you might prefer to export a PDF file, since most people have the Adobe
Acrobat Reader. Stephen Lebans has a PDF generator for Access:

The Snapshot Viewer is a free download that doesn't require that Access be
present on the machine.
