Report Maximum Length

I'm creating a 4 page report in Access 2002. The design layout won't let me go beyond 22 inches in length, which limits me to 2 printed pages on 8.5 x 11 paper. Does Access allow me to lengthen the report size? Can I, and how, do I create my report with this limitation? I don't see anything in the help file that addresses this issue. Thanks.

Here are 2 ways I know of to get around this:

1. Create subreports
2. create group headers for the report to create more space. Choose the
"Sorting and Grouping" options for the report. Under "Field/Expression",
type in "=1" for the first grouping and turn the group header on and expand
the group header section up to another 22 inches. If you need more room
still, add another group header("=2") and so on. This will work well if you
are only returning one record. If you are returning multiple records,
subreports will be your best option.

Hope it helps,

After creating the subreport and bringing in the data
from a table, How do you keep each record(as in the
current axample of 4 pages per record) together? When I
view the report it lists page one of all records first
then moves on to the next. How do I keep each record
toghether?

Thank you very much!!
