Long Report to 1 text file

P

Presto

I have set up a report that exports some data into a text file,
which ends up as an HTML file. I have a header and footer
that contains html tags, the details section is the data. The
problem is that the exported text looks like it's assuming a
page size of 8 1/2 x 11 inches. It prints the page footer
every 11 inches(assuming a regular page length).
I don't want the file to assume ANY page length. What I
want to end up with a long HTML page with a long list of
my data.

Is there any way to do this programically? Or is this a limitation
of my printer settings?

There's no setting in Access to change this.

Would you be happy to export the report's source query/table as HTML? If so,
see:

The sample database lets you specify properties for the HTML file (browser
title, description, keywords, etc), a page header, text to show above and
below the table of data, as well as a CSS to use. The Access 2007 version
also handles rich text, attachments, and multi-valued fields.
