Report Format Questions

I am creating a one line report from a very large query. The report has to
be all on one line. I have to use report format since I must email - in
excel - on to end users and the report has totals also.

Questions:
1. There are so many fields that they are stacked upon top of each.
a. The report width is 22" and I cannot expand it. Is it possible to
increase the width? and if so
b. Is there a way to "automatically" resize the text boxes, etc. to
display the complete field names?

I am using Tools/OfficeLinks/Microsoft Excel to send on to others. However,
when the report gets to excel, before emailing, I have to resize the height
and width each time I send via email. The report format; i.e. bold, is not
retained when sending to excel either.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I can't image why you are doing this but for your point (b) look at the GROW
and SHRINK properties.
If you email your reports in snapshot format, the Access report formatting
is retained.

Thank you --

I have used allow to grow and shrink, but there are so many that they
overlap.

I am open to suggestions. The reason for this format is that I must email
the information on -- with totals -- to corporate. They are using "SAP"
which means nothing to me, but they say it is excel compatible; therefore, I
must analyze with excel and email on to them. Suggestions???
