Report: Advanced Windows Care

I recently installed Advanced Windows Care. It told me that I had too many
startup programs, which I knew already. No improvement to system observed
but it messed up my internet connection and I had to use a Restore Point to
undo the damage. Has anyone else tried it?

I've run it one or twice but I've never allowed it to proceed to make
changes (total 27 in my case today) because it doesn't tell me what
changes it wants to make and the pop-up lists are inadequate.
